Method for controlling air-fuel ratio in internal-combustion engine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent operation and to make exhausting emission excellent, by correcting the basic injection time stored in a map, thereby matching the air-fuel ratio of air-fuel mixture with a predetermined air-fuel ratio. CONSTITUTION:A lean sensor 20 is attached to an engine exhausting path 13, and the output signal, which is proportional to the oxygen concentration in the exhausting path 13, is sent to an electronic control unit 14. The electronic control unit 14 is provided with the map of the fuel injection quantity determined by an engine speed from an engine speed sensor 19 or a negative pressure 18 in an intake pipe. The fuel injection quantity obtained from the map is corrected by the output signal from the lean sensor 20, and the air-fuel ratio is controlled to the predetermined air-fuel ratio. In this constitution, since the air-fuel ratio of the air-fuel mixture is varied with good response, the excellent engine operation can be ensured.
