Truck path made of linoleum

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To maintain a track guiding function in good conditions and for a long period of time, by using a linoleum floor material to the path for an optical guide type truck and using a rigid material to the sticking part of a truck guiding tape. CONSTITUTION:A truck path 2 is formed by connecting linoleum floor material groups in parallel to a grating floor 1, and a truck guiding tape 3 is provided at the center of the path 2. The sticking part 4 of the tape 3 is made of stainless steel, iron, Al, wood, resin, etc. and covers from the lower surface to the upper surface of the path 2 and along the center line of the path 2. An Al tape, etc. having an optical reflection factor larger than a prescribed level is used to the tape 3. A truck 5 contains a projector 6, a pair of right and left photodetectors 7 and 7, amplifiers 8 and 8, a deviation detector 9, a steering motor 10, etc. Thus the truck 5 is guided along the tape 3.
