Trunk room trim

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce the manhour of trim assembling by making it possible to fold and unfold the junction end part of each constituent piece formed corresponding to the shape of a trunk room. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 10 comprises the same material as that of a carpet, etc., which is constituted by a trunk floor part 11, a front part 12 and a rear part 13 formed before and behind it and side parts 14, 14' formed on the left and right of the front part 11, and previously trim cut in a body into a shape obtained by unfolding the solid shape of each part corresponding to the solid shape of a trunk room 2. Moreover,core materials 111-114 to be stuck on the back of each part of the skin material 10 are stuck to the areas indicated by dot lines, corresponding to each part of the skin material, and they are united by rolling the outer peripheral part thereof into the back side as a margin for pasting as required.
