Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve high frequency magnetic characteristic by increasing the number of magnetic domains through the annealing of the amorphous magnetic thin belt of which composition is expressed as M100-p-qXpYq at a temperature which is higher than the ordinary stress relief annealing temperature and is closer to the crystallization temperature. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous magnetic thin belt of which composition (atomic %) is expressed as M100-p-qXpYq (where 0<=p<=30;12<=q<=35; M: one or two kinds or more among Fe, Co, Ni; Y: one or two kinds or more among Si, B, C, Al, P, Ga, Ge, Sn, Bi) is prepared. This thin belt is annealed at the temperature which is higher than the ordinary stress relief annealing temperature and is closer to the crystallization temperature. Thereby, the fine precipitated crystalline phase works as the core of generation of the inversed magnetic domain at the time of inversed magnetization. Accordingly, the number of magnetic domains increases and abnormal eddy current loss is decreased, thus improving the high frequency magnetic characteristic.
