Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a mold device free of the production of burr by using a system in which the drive pressure of a cylinder is detected near the inlet of the cylinder to detect the casting of resin in the cavity of a mold, then molding pressure is gradually increased. CONSTITUTION:A pressure sensor 9 is provided on the inlet side 6a of a cylinder 6 and the drive pressure of the cylinder is detected by a casting completion detector 15. When the casting of a resin in the cavity 7 of mold 1 is detected, a timer 16 is started. Then, the time from the completion of casting is put in a sequence circuit 17, a preset pressure value corresponding to the lapsed time is sent out to a D/A converter 18, a solenoid pressure control valve 10 is controlled through a power amplifier 19, and molding pressure is gradually increased.
