Rotor with permanent magnet
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To facilitate production and assembly, and to reduce an outer diameter by integrally forming a rotor member and a shaft member by the same material, disposing a plurality of grooves to the surface of a rotor and burying the permanent magnets into the grooves. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 21 and a rotor 22 are integrally shaped by the same material, and a plurality of grooves into which permanent magnets 23 are buried are formed ot the outer circumferential surface of the rotor 22. Accordingly, the permanent magnets 23 and ribs 24 as one parts of the rotor member are alternately arranged continuously to the surface of the rotor 22. A magnetic substance such as iron is proper as the quality of material of the shaft 21 and the rotor 22.
