Automatic answering and recording device of telephone set

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce the size of the automatic answering and recording device of a telephone set and to facilitate the operation by detecting the telephone number of a calling subscriber from dial pules sent from the calling subscriber, and then recording a calling-subscriber's message. CONSTITUTION:When the call signal from a calling subscriber arrives, a microphone 3 detects the ringing tone and its detection signal is outputted to a controller 13 through a filter and amplifier 11 and a level slicer 12; and then the controller 13 operates an electromagnet to perform off-hook operation and also operates a voice synthesizing LSI15 to send a message which instructs the calling subscriber to dial the subscriber's number with the handset off the hook. After the calling subscriber sends a dial signal, the controller 13 stores the number of pulses and the current date and time in a memory 14. On the storage operation, the controller 13 reads the stored dial number and operates the voice synthesizing LSI15 to answer back.
