Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To easily form a vibro-isolating layer, by composing a binder mainly of asphalt and the like, adding rubber to the binder as a denaturizing agent component, composing a granular material from said binder, fiber-state filler and surface protecting agent and adhesively attaching said granular material to a base plate. CONSTITUTION:A vibro-isolating granular material is molded to a powdery and granular state by kneading a binder and filler, and added with a surface protecting agent to prevent blocking. At least one of the rubber component and wax is added as a denaturizing agent to at least one of the asphalt and thermoplastic synthetic resin, and used for the binder as the main component. While the filler is ued with a fiber-state, powdery state of scale state filling material. This vibro- isolating granular material is scattered on a base plate, and then heated and adhesively attached.
