Dc brushless motor
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To stabilize a DC brushless motor against variation of temperature by a method wherein relative permeability of a thin plate manufactured of a magnetic material to be inserted between the outside circumferential face of a rotor yoke and the inside of a rotor hub is made as higher than relative permeability of the rotor yoke. CONSTITUTION:The rotor yoke 3 is formed in the ring-type, and is arranged inside of the rotor hub 2. The outer ends 3-1 of the inside face of the rotor yoke 3 are made to be protruded toward the inside, and a ring-type permanent magnet 5 is pinched between the parts thereof. The thin plate 4 manufactured of the magnetic material is inserted between the inside of the rotor hub 2 and the outside circumferential face of the rotor yoke 3, and a stator core 13 to face with the ring-type permanent magnet 5 is fixed to the outside circumferential face of a hollow bracket 7. The magnetic characteristic of the thin plate 4 has higher relativel permeability at lower density of magnetic flux as compared with the magnetic material to constitute the rotor yoke 3.
