Fluid cleaner
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve a filtering effect and life of a titled cleaner, by providing another filtering element of different density to a part of a filtering element constituting of a trapezoid or fan-shaped band filtering material curved into a ring shape. CONSTITUTION:Polluted air introduced from an air inlet pipe 19 as shown by the arrow is filtered by a filtering element 10, and the purified air is fed to an engine from an exit port through holes 11c of a supporting part 11b. Further, a part of the polluted air introduced from the pipe 19 collides agaist tan element 9 in the inside of which the air is purified; the flow of the air is not produced in the filter 9 but the flow is caused by providing holes to the supporting part 11b and a cylindrical part 11a. Further, a material of the filter 10 constituted of a filtering element 7 consists of a flexible nonwoven cloth, etc.; the element 9 is constituted of a highly air-permeable material such as a polyurethane foam.
