Impeller device of centrifugal projector

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To change freely the projection distribution of shot according to articles to be disposed to improve the effect of gringing and blasting, by incorporating at least two types of rotary blades of impeller device in a centrifugal projector for accelerating and projecting the shot to the surface to be disposed. CONSTITUTION:At least two types of rotary blades 24, 26 having surfaces of different shapes are removably fitted and held between respective fit grooves 10, 12 of disks 6, 7, and rotated integrally through a rotary body 1 by a motor drive so that shot is projected from the respective rotary blades 24, 26 outward to an article to be processes in the condition of inherent projecting distribution of the rotary blades 24, 26 to blast and grind said article efficiently.
