Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To transmit a large volume of data by providing a data bus transmitting system with a data bus for control and a bus for high speed data transmission (burst data bus). CONSTITUTION:The following describes an example to transmit a signal from a TV camera 12 to a monitor TV 13. The signal from the TV camera 12 is stored in a buffer 11. A communication adaptor 3 supervises control data and transmits a control signal to a node N2 by CSMA/CD method. After a fixed time from the completion of transmission of the control signal, a delimiter signal is transmitted to a bus 1 to apply a ready period to the node N2. After stopping the transmission of the delimiter signal, high speed data are transmitted to a burst bus 20. The high speed data are transmitted/received by a high speed driver/receiver DRH 9.
