Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To eliminate only the error signal produced by a recording pulse, by extracting selectively and then detecting the output of a detector for the reflected light given from a disk. CONSTITUTION:For a semiconductor laser head 100, a tracking servo signal output and a focus servo signal output are extracted out of a 2-split detector 1 and a 4-split detector 2 respectively. A clock signal 51 given from a clock producing circuit 11 is fed to a flip-flop circuit 12, and the Q output 52 is used as a sampling pulse for the sample holding purpose. The recording data 55 drives a semiconductor laser 3 via a recording pulse producing circuit 13 and a driver 14 and synchronously with the Q' output 53 of the circuit 12. The outputs 61 and 62 of the detectors 1 and 2 respectively are sample-held by a sampling pulse 52 and through the sample holding circuit 15 and 16 to be delivered in the form of the outputs 63 and 64 respectively.
