Magnetic disk driver

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic disk driver equipped with an efficient disk ejecting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic disk driver consists of a molded chassis part, disk guide mechanism part, collet chuck mechanism part, base part, disk driving motor part, and head mechanism part. The disk guide mechanism part B consists of a left disk guide mechanism part 21a and a right disk guide mechanism part 21b arranged inside of left and right side wall plate parts 1b and 1c. A disk guide body 22 consists of an external guide body 22a fitted with a write protection sensor (LED) 23, etc., for detecting whether a recording medium is inserted or not, and a crank-shaped internal guide body 22b. Then, a press spring 30 for operating an ejection button 5, slider 31 for ejection, and slider drawing spring 32 are provided over the external disk body 22.
