Dehydrator

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide a bearing construction with high strength and to easily replace the bearing and a roller, by respectively providing bearing boxes for a group of upper rollers to the upper part and that of lower rollers to the lower part of a supporting member attached, to the main body of a dehydrator freely detachably. CONSTITUTION:Bearing boxes 14 for a group X of upper rollers and a group Y of lower rollers are mounted onto a supporting body 16 connected freely detachably to a main body 15 of a dehydrator to arrange the bearing boxes 14 for the group X to the upper part and the boxes 14 for the group Y to the lower part of the body 16 respectively, in order to form a bearing construction of the groups X and Y, constituting a shearing-dehydration part E, into one body; each bearing box is divided by a plane passing the axial line P of a bearing shaft so as to make a bearing 17 detachable, and is connected with bolts. Therefore, the strength of the bearing box, for the groups of upper and lower rollers, against the stress actions in the compressive direction and in the adjacent direction, caused by the tensile stress of a filter cloth, is improved significantly, and replacing of a roller 2 or a bearing 17 is made easy.
