Manufacture of semiconductor device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To form collectively a plurality of electrodes of a certain thickness by covering a semiconductor wafer, except regions for making a plurality of electrodes, with a mask of a certain thickness and by screen-printing on the electode regions through the mask. CONSTITUTION:A mask 15 having mesh-shaped eyes 16 of uniform thickness is placed on a wafer 1 except for regions 3 for electrodes. The material for electrode such as silver paste 20 is plastered into the eyes 16 by a rubber roller and heated in a furnace to harden.
