Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To ensure the stable and quick control for a control subject device when the set value is greatly changed, by applying the set value signal to a process controller via a transmission function element. CONSTITUTION:The set value signal SP is applied to a process controller CONT via a transmission function element GE that has a transmission function which is decided by a constant used for a control operation of the controller CONT and the transient response properties of a control suject device OJM. For the function GE, the arithmetic function of a microprocessor, a function signal generating function which reads successively the function data stored in a memory with the designation of the address, etc. are used for example.
