Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide an excellent suspension device for an extra light motor bicycle by recessing a coil spring in a convering part made of soft foaming plastics and by absorbing shocks and vibrations in the coil spring by the damping nature of this covering part. CONSTITUTION:When a coil spring 19 expands or contracts in compliance with varying load applied through coupling parts 13, 14, a covering part 20 expands or contracts at the same time. Because the covering part 20 is made of soft forming plastics, it has a high damping function, and thereby vibrations of or shocks applied to the coil spring 19 is damped effectively.
