High frequency-electric liquid pressure servo valve device
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To sufficiently operate loading members even in high-frequency region by using a system in which plurally paired spool valves are provided to a pipe-shaped valve shaft in such a way as to permit high-speed and sufficient working liquid pressure loads to be alternately applied to the loading part of the loading members. CONSTITUTION: A pipe-shaped valve shaft 9 is provided in a housing body 1 having a supply port P, a return port R, and the first and second load side ports C1 and C2. And, two pairs of spool valves 10a and 10b and 11a and 11b by which a flow path 3 from an oil pump 2 and a flow path 5 leading to an oil reservior 4 are switched to each other are provided to the valve shaft 9 which is reciprocally moved in the axial direction by exciting a driving coil 12. And, oil paths 14W17 are so formed that liquid pressure is alternately applied to the first oil chamber of the actuator 6 in the spool valves 10a and 11a and also liquid pressure is alternately applied to the second oil chamber in the spool valves 10b and 11b.
