Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce the influence of a low-pass filter, by inserting another varactor diode between the output side of the low-pass filter, to which an input signal is applied, and a varactor diode. CONSTITUTION:The input signal applied to an input terminal 1 is applied to a varactor diode 7 through a low-pass filter 17 to change the oscillation frequency of a carrier oscillator 19. At this time, the capacity of a varactor diode 21 changes in the same direction as the change of the capacity of the varactor diode 7, and therefore, the influence of the filter 17 due to a capacity 6 is reduced.
