Power transistor driving circuit

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make conductive control suitable by one power supply for driving, by constituting a bridge circuit with four transistors for conduction control and making conduction control of power transistors in series connection to a load between the points of opposite angles with said transistors. CONSTITUTION:Transistors (TR)21, 23, 24 and 22 constitute a bridge circuit, the collectors of the TRs 21, 23 are mutually connected, and the connecting points are connected to the positive terminal of a driving power supply 28. Further, the collector of the Trs 22, 24 are mutually connected and the connecting point is connected to a negative terminal of the driving power supply 28. The emitter of the TRs 21, 22 is connected to the emitter of a power TR25, and the emitter of the TRs 23, 24 is connected to the base of the power TR25. The base of the TRs 21, 22 is connected to a terminal 32, and the base of the TRs 23, 24 is connected to a terminal 31. High level is applied to one of the terminals 31, 32 and low level is applied to another to control the TRs 21-24, allowing to drive the power TR25.
