Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent a developer from scattering and dampening by providing a storage-opening part sealing means fixed by a fixing means between a developer storage part and a development part and by supplying the developer to the development part through releasing the seal fixing means externally. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive drum 3, a developing device 5, a cleaner, and a charger 4 are made into one kit; and the one-body kit is removed after a prescribed sheets of paper are copied, and a new kit is inserted into a copying device. The inside of the developing device 5 is divided by a sealing material 22 and toner 21 is sealed in a space sealed with the sealing material. When the kit is inserted into the copying device as shown by an arrow to be set, a pawl release plate 27 provided to the copying device presses the end part of a pawl 23 fixing the sealing material, and the pawl rotates clockwise to come out of the fitting-in part 22b of the sealing material, so that the sealing material is drawn out freely.
