Starting fuel correction device for efi engine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To enhance the starting performance of an EFI engine by storing in memory the relation between the temperature and requisite fuel injection timing at the time of starting and by making temporary injection of the fuel at the same time as turning-on of the starter swtich. CONSTITUTION: In a memory 1 is stored the relation between the temperature TE and the requisite fuel injection time signal for that temperature, T i . The signal T i from memory 1 is entered in a register 2 when the starter switch S is put on. At the same time, the flipflop 6 is set and a preset down counter 3, which is to decrease signals by steps by the signal T i , is preset. Accordingly, a fuel injection solenoid, not illustrated, is energized for a period Ti specified previously according to the engine temperature TE to make temporary injection of the fuel.
