Paper inverting device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To ensure paper inverting operation by forming plural number of dent channels at a certain interval in the rotational direction on the circumference of the driving roller. CONSTITUTION:Paper (a) sent to the nip portion A from the paper conveyor 7 is discharged toward a pair of shoot 4, 5, and the rear end (a') of the paper touches the side face of the driving roller 1 by own weight and is transferred along the circumference by frictional force, after it leaves nip portion A, then nipped by nip portion B and discharged through paper discharge way 8 in the inverted attitude. In such operation, when the rear end (a') of the paper slips on circumference of the driving roller 1, because of curl or static electricity, it will fall in the dent channel 9 formed plurally at a certain interval in the rotational direction on the circumference of the driving roller 1, and is certainly transferred to the nip portion B through the dent channel 9.
