Paper-issue roller device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To issue even soft papers without jamming or bending by stretching an endless belt between rollers used and set in a duplicating machine and paper-issue rollers for guiding papers to the paper-issue rollers by the feeding motion of this belt. CONSTITUTION: The toner picture on a recording paper E is heated and fixed by the operation of a heating roller 4 and a pressing roller 5 pressed thereto, and guided toward a paper-issue roller device 2 by guide plates 6 and 7. This paper- issue roller device 2 is constructed by providing a pair of shafts 11 and 12 mounted on a fixing frame 10 with paper-issue rollers 8 and 9 and supporting a roller 14 on a shaft 13 positioned below the above-said guide plate 7 as stretching an endless belt 15 between the rollers 14 and 9. This roller 9 is driven at a higher circumferential velocity than the heating roller 4 and the belt 5 is driven at a higher speed than the conveyance of the recording paper E for preventing the recording paper E from bending at the top or the like.
