Charging device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To secure prevention of dusts by attaching a plug base with a prong to the opening of a plug containing room so that the plug base can be freely slidden and rotated, making the prong to come out and hide, and closing the containing room with the plug base. CONSTITUTION:In a charging device which is used for an electric razor or the like, a razor body (a case for the charging device) 1 is provided with a blade 2. A charging device body consisting of a storage battery 3, a transformer 4 and the like is installed in the body 1, and the lower end of the body 1 is provided with a plug base 22 and a water-proof packing 17 so that they block and opening 8 of a plug containing room 7. In charging, the base 22 is rotated by means of a finger touching part 26 so as to take out a prong 6 from the room 7, and the base 22 rotated by 180 deg. is slidden along a vertical slit 18 so that the base 22 blocks the opening 8. Here, an exposed part 27 of the prong 6 touches a conductive rubber 29 of a connecting metal tool 28 which is connected to the primary side of the transformer 4, thereby forming a chargning circuit.
