Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make uniform a speed, to perfectly remove an error, and to obtain properties of a sample onyl, by a method wherein a proportion, an integration, and a differentiation of a phenomenon are used for the control of a tension rate of a tension tester. CONSTITUTION:Through the working of a motor gear 20 of a vertical tension tester 10, a carriage screw 14' is turned, a cross head 18 is pulled forward, and a sample 26 chucked by chuck 26' is stretched. A proportion.integration.differentiation PID control part 44 subtracts a detection speed V from a set speed V0, produces a deviation e(t), finds a control amount m(t), inputs the value to a cycloconverter 46, finds a firing angle alpha determined by a ratio of a reference voltage Em to the control amount m(t) and adds in to an SCR48, and controls a motor 18. Thus, the PID44 causes a speed change to restore to a force f which makes an actual cause thereof and to be utilized for the removal of the speed change of a motor. This permits obtaining of an accurate and constant speed.
