Control system for measurement and kneading of raw material such as ready mixed concrete and asphalt concrete

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To obtain ready mixed concrete having a designed blending ratio at any time by automatically measuring water percentages of gravel and sand by installing sensors for water percentage measurement in storage tanks for the gravel and sand, and by controlling the gravel, sand, cement, etc., inputted to a measuring and mixing controller on the basis of the measurement results. CONSTITUTION: A gravel storage tank 1a, a sand storage tank 1b, a water storage tank 1c, and a cement storage tank 1d are arranged and sensors 2 for water percentage measurement are provided near outlet holes 3a and 3b of the gravel and sand storage tanks 1a and 1b. Signals of water percentages measured by sensors 2 are inputted to a controller 4 to compute an actually measured blending ratio, and then respective raw materials are supplied from outlet holes 3aW3d at the lowers of the storage tanks 1aW1d to measuring tanks 5aW5d for gravel, sand, water, and cement according to a singnal of the blending ratio. On the basis of the actually measured blending ratio, the weight of each raw material is controlled to supply ready mixed concrete to a kneader 6 to be kneaded at the designed blending ratio all the time.
