Feeding mechanism of printing blank
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To feed blanks reliably without staggering in a printer storing reproducing printing blanks by a method wherein a roll of rolled paper having a reproducing surface outwardly is used as a blank and drawn out of the lower surface of a braking plate having variable compressive force. CONSTITUTION: A reproducing two-leaved printing blanks 12 is rolled so that a reproducing blank B comes upward and inserted into a printer part 10 from the lower part of that upper surface against the braking plate 13. The blank B is forced to be fed more speedily than a blank A by means of the extruding force due to the compression P1 of a platen piece 110 but is braked by the braking plate 13 to correct moving distances between the blanks A and B. When changes occur between the coefficient of friction of the blank A and that of the blank B according to difference in the quality, humidity, etc. of the blank, the compressive force to the plate 13 can be increased to restrict the speed of the blank A by shifting a spring holding hole 133 of a supporting bar 132 to a lower hole.
