Diaphragm for speaker

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the prevention of oxidation and the durability of a diaphragm to make the diaphragm consisting of Mg or an Mg alloy practical, by forming high polymer thin film layers on both faces of the diaphragm of a speaker for high sound consisting of Mg or an Mg alloy. CONSTITUTION:High polymer materials such as polyethylene and polypropylene are used to form high polymer thin film layers 2 on both faces of a diaphragm substrate 1 of a speaker for high sound, which consists of Mg or an alloy having Mg as main components, by immersing the substrate 1 in the solution, sticking films, or press-fixing films thermally. Thus, the prevention of oxidation and the durability of the diaphragm substrate 1 are improved to form a diaphragm consisting of Mg or an Mg alloy.
