Flow rate control valve
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To securely control the flow rate ranging from a fixed quantity cut off or limited to the quantity full-opened by a position relationship between a piston having a large flow opening and a small flow opening at the side wall thereof and a guide wall for guiding the piston. CONSTITUTION: A guide wall 2 is provided with a piston 3 adapted to move up- and-down by sucking force of an electromagnetic coil 6. A small flow opening 8 and a large flow opening 9 mounted on the side wall of the piston are dapted to get a very small flow rate or a large flow rate by displacement of the piston 3. At time of cut-off, the piston 3 is pressed downward by a spring 7 in such a manner as to be in close contact with a projection mounted on the upper portion of the guide wall 2 by means of a rubber packing 10 for cut-off, to thereby cut off the fluid.
