Aqueous ink composition
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: An aqueous ink composition useful for printing, writing tools, recorder, stamp, etc., providing recorded materials having improved light resistance and clarity free from blot, comprising a water-soluble Magenta dye having a specific structural formula. CONSTITUTION: In an aqueous ink obtained by dissolving a water-soluble dye and a wetting agent in water, one or more water-soluble Magenta dyes shown by the formula I [R 1 is cyano, alkylsulfonyl, trifluoromethyl, etc.; R 2 is (acryl)amino, substituted ureido, (substituted)alkoxy, etc.; R 3 is H or alkyl; n is 1 or 2; with the proviso that sulfo group may be alkali metal salt, ammonium salt, or organic amine salt], preferably shown by the formula II (R 1 is cyano, or 1W3C alkylsulfonyl; n is 1 or 2) is used. The amount of the dye is usually 0.5W4wt% in the ink. EFFECT: No nozzle clogging in ink jetting device. COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
