Manufacture of thermoplastic resin laminated plate

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated plate having a small heat shrinkage and a large rigidity by a method wherein several sheets of sheet-shaped prepreg obtained by impregnating and drying thermoplastic resin solution are laminated and molded. CONSTITUTION: When an impregnating solution to be used is not an emulsion but a thermoplastic resin solution, the sheet shaped substrate can be impregnated uniformly and sufficiently with the thermoplastic resin solution and a laminated plate excellent in thickness precision and electric properties can be obtained. Paper, TETORON fabric nonwoven fabric, etc. used as the sheet-shaped substrate 1. ABS resin, polyethylene or acryl resin, etc. are employed as the thermoplastic resin.
