CONSTITUTION:A Fresnel lens plate 1 having grooves A, B, C... of parallel lines notched on the surface of an acryl plate, etc. is doubled so that the grooves meet at right angles with each other, or a Fresnel lens 2 having grooves A', B', C'... and P, Q, R... of parallel lines notched so as to meet at right angles with each other on both the surface and the reverse side is formed.
