Manufacture of coil

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing facility of a coil, to facilitate the manufacture of the coil and to enable the reduction in the cost thereof by sequentially laminating sheets of three types formed by arranging a conductive strip forming a winding on a flexible insulating sheet on a core or core metal in desired number of layers. CONSTITUTION:Conductive strips K1, K2,..., KN of the prescribed width are arranged at the prescribed interval in parallel in N rows on one surface 2a of a sheet 2 of flexible insulating material on an A sheet 1. The equivalent conductive strips as those of the A sheet 1 are arranged as shown on one surface 12a of a flexible insulating sheet having the same size as the width of the A sheet in the length of long side and the prescribed length of the short side in L shape on a B sheet 11. Conductive strips are arranged as shown in a linear symmetry with respect to the pattern of the B sheet 11 on one surface 22a of the flexible insulating sheet 22 of the same size as the B sheet 11. These sheets of three types are laminated in desired number of layers on a core 31 to form a coil. In this manner, the manufacturing facility can be simplified, the manufacturing cost can be facilitated, and the size of the coil can be reduced.
