Backing mechanism for movable agricultural machine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To obtain equal speed change stage numbers in forward and back drives of an agricultural machine by providing a reverse transmission mechanism at the front side of a main and sub speed change transmission mechanisms. CONSTITUTION: A reverse output shaft 4 is provided through a transmission case at the rear of an input shaft 3, and a power take-off shaft 7 is provided in parallel with the input shaft 3 through the transmission case. When a clutch 18 on the output shaft 4 is engaged with an input gear 3a, the inut shaft 3 is coupled directly to the output shaft 4, and is shifted to the prescribed speed in a forward direction via transmission mechanisms 20, 21 of rear position. When the clutch 18 is engaged with a back gear 15, the input shaft 3 is engaged through an input gear 3a, a back input gear 10 and a back countergear 17, and the output shaft 4 is reversely rotated via the back gear 15, and is shifted to the prescribed speed in a reverse direction via the transmission mechanism 20, 21.
