Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To accept a request given from a telephone subscriber in an emergency medical information system and the like, by giving a call even to many and unspecified requesters from a center side. CONSTITUTION:When the number of request incomings exceeds the processing capacity, a call signal detecting part 12 transmits a control signal E and drives a talkie control part 14. While a main control part 13 transmits a voice signal V and sends a request signal R to a main control part 6 of a switchboard to request a transmission of the telephone number A of a requester which is stored in a trunk 4. Then the part 13 stores the number A in a storing part 16. After finishing a correspondence for acceptance of the first-arrived request, the operator confirms the lamp clowing and pushes down a push-button 19. Thus the number A in the part 16 is extracted to be sent to the switchboard from the part 13.
