Manufacture of polyethylene film

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the titled film, which is excellent in transparency, cloud-proof property, etc. and from which a bag having excellent opening property is acquired, by extruding a resin composition gained by making inorganic fillers, an unsaturated fatty acid amide, mixed fatty acid polyhydric alcohol ester contain in polyethylene under a melted condition and rapidly cooling and solidifying the composition. CONSTITUTION:The PE resin composition containing (B) the 0.01-1pts.wt. inorganic fillers (such as, silica, CaCO3, etc.), mean particle size thereof is 1-10mu and particle size thereof is 0.1-15mu, (C) the 0.05-5pts.wt. unsaturated fatty acid amide (such as, an oleic acid amide, etc.), the melting point thereof is 90 deg.C or lower, (D) the 0.01-5pts.wt. mixed fatty acid polyhydric alcohol ester of polyhydric alcohol ester (such as, sorbitan monolauric acid ester, etc.) derived from 8-20C fatty acid and polyhydric alcohol ester (such as, sorbitan monoerucic acid ester, etc.) derived from 21-35C fatty acid to (A) the 100pts.wt. PE is extruded from a molding machine under a melted condition, and rapidly cooled and solidified at 50 deg.C or lower.
