Automatic soldering device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To perform soldering work automatically, surely, and quickly by revolving a feed roll via a feed wheel by a driving rack fixed to a cylinder rod for feeding and feeding wire solder cooperatively with a pressure receiving roll. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder 16 for feeding is operated to advance a cylinder rod 17. The feed gear 13 of a feed wheel 14 meshed with a driving rack 18 does not revolve because the wheel 14 is braked by a friction piece 15. A slide frame 5 makes minute sliding advance until it abuts on a stopper 6. When the frame 5 abuts on the stopper 6, the gear 13 is revolved, and a feed shaft 10 is revolved by the revolution of the wheel 14. As the shaft 10 revolves, a feed roll 8 revolves and feeds wire solder 7 forward cooperatively with a pressure receiving roll 9. The rate of this feeding is determined by the stroke of the cylinder 16, and cooperatively with a tip 4, soldering work is carried out. COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
