Power-up method and its device for internal combustion engine with injection water

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To increase output power of an internal combustion engine, by injecting high temperature water into a combustion chamber immediately after explosion of fuel in the engine. CONSTITUTION: Intake and exhaust pipes 5, 6 and precombustion chamber 3a communicated to a combustion chamber 10 are provided in a cylinder head 3 on the upper part of a cylinder main body 1. A fuel injection valve 7 and water injection valve 8 are provided in the precombustion chamber 3a, and heated high temperature water is injected from the water injection valve 8 with a device, not shown in the drawing, immediately after an explosion stroke in the combustion chamber 10.
