Magnetic driven gas compressor
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To make it possible to compress gas effectively without noise and vibration with a small-sized compressor and to operate properly with less failure by directly using an oscillating driving force and by compressing gas. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of permanent magnets 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d and approximately equally spaced inside a pair of oscillating disks 1a and 1b, which are fastened with a driving shaft 3. A pair of cover plates 4a and 4b are designed to cover the oscillating disks 1a and 1b. Both ends of the drive shaft 3 are supported at the center of the cover plates 4a and 4b. The construction stated above constitutes an oscillating mechanism A. This construction generates a direct oscillating motion and transferrs the drive to a gas compression member P. Since the oscillating driving force can be directly used for compressing gas, gas compression can be effectively achieved with a small-sized compressor without noise and vibration, assuring a proper operation with less failure.
