Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To keep a glow plug temperature at a constant value by controlling a voltage applied to the glow plug through detection of a voltage impressed on the glow plug. CONSTITUTION:A glow plug 10 current controlling transistor 9 is controlled by an oscillation circuit 6 via a logical circuit 7. A voltage of the glow plug 10 is detected through an integration circuit 5 to control a duty ratio of the oscillation circuit 6. By this mechanism, the glow plug temperature control can be conducted by detecting the glow plug voltage, hence the time necessary for the temperature rise can be shortened.
