Driving control system for pulse motor
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To control the moving pieces to allow them to come to a complete stop at an intended position for the subject motor by a method wherein the moving speed of the moving pieces is reduced successively as they are approaching the intended position after they were acceleratedly operated and the positional deviation due to a load inertia is suppressed. CONSTITUTION:Immediately after detecting the inversion of the moving piece 2 at the time of useless vibration by a direction detecting signal DSs in the state wherein the output of the final exciting signal is continued, an electronic control circuit 6 gives driving force of the reverse direction to the moving direction of the moving piece 2 when the speed of the moving piece 2 is in excess of the established value. As a result, a chopping pulse signal Ps is applied to the nonexcited phase for which no final exciting signal is given and the moving width of the moving piece 2 by the useless vibration is suppressed, thereby enabling the moving piece 2 to stop quickly at the intended position.
