Controller for revolution number of dc motor
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To make it possible to shut off the voltage applied to a DC motor only when the rotation of said motor is restricted, by providing a limiter to a revolution number controlling circuit provided with a protection circuit which shuts off the applied voltage when detecting the saturation of an amplifier which controls the armature voltage. CONSTITUTION:A revolution number-controlling circuit, which comprises an inverted amplifier 41 provided with an operational amplifier 23 and a noninverting amplifier 42 provided with an operational amplifier 28, controls a transistor 8 connected to an armature 6' in order to control the number of revolution. A limiter 10 is connected to the input terminal of said circuit in order to prevent the amplifiers 23 and 28 from being saturated. When the armature 6' is restricted, detecting the saturation of the amplifiers, a detecting circuit 37 actuates a relay 7 to shut off the voltage to the armature 6'. Thereby, only when the rotation of a motor M is restricted, the voltage applied thereto can be shut off.
