Pulse motor driving device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To start a pulse motor invariably at the optimum point, by providing a switch between a V/F converter and a driver to make output frequency coincident with reference rise frequency, then to close the switch. CONSTITUTION:The switch 11 is provided between the V/F converter 3 and driver 2 driving the pulse motor 1. Then, rise frequency is determined by a digital switch 13 and maximum frequency by the V/F converter 3 to transmit the digital output to a counter 5 by a processing unit 6 for accumulation. It is inputted into the processing unit 6 via the D/A converter 4 and V/F converter 3 in comparison with reference rise frequency to make the output from the converter 3 coincident with reference frequency. Thereafter, the switch 11 is closed to start the motor 1. Therefore, the motor can be started at the optimum point regardless of the maximum speed to eliminate poor start.
