Visible image transferring device of color electrophotographic apparatus

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent inferior transfer near the front end of transfer paper, by composing a charger of a pair of corona chargers in the inside and outside of a transfer drum. CONSTITUTION: An AC discharge voltage is applied from AC voltage source 27A to destaticization charger 27 at the same time as clockwise rotation of transfer drum 17 in color separation with a blue filter to destaticize the inside and outside circumferences of drum 17, and precharger 25 is allowed to discharge from AC voltage source 25A having an AC inclined component to precharge the inside and outside circumferences of drum 17. Then, DC voltage is applied to transfer charger 26 to transfer a yellow visible image, and voltage applied to charger 26 is stepwise increased at the second rotation of drum 17 and the third rotation to transfer a magenta visible image and a cyan visible image. Subsequently, destaticization charger 27 is destaticized with an AC applied voltage, a clamper is opened, and transfer paper S is separated from drum 17, and it is fixed.
