Antipyretic analgesic composition
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:An antipyretic analgesic composition that is made by combining Ibuprofen with an aniline derivative, thus showing lowered side effects. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition is composed of Ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory with antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities, (chemical name: 2-(4'-isobutyl)phenylpropionic acid), and an antipyretic analgesic of aniline derivative such as Bucetin. Preferably, 1pt.wt of Ibuprofen is combined with 0.05-20pts. of an aniline derivative antipyretic analgesic. The synergism increases the analgesic and antipyretic activities and causes no side effect such as gastrointestinal troubles, because the composition contains no antipyretic analgesic of salicylic acid derivative.
