Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent damage of the picture quality even if the movement speed of the recording medium is fluctuated, by generating the pulse signal of a prescribed period according to movement of the recording medium and by generating another pulse signal of a prescribed period on a basis of the said signal. CONSTITUTION: Rotary disc 5 is rotated according to rotation of recording drum 1, and pulses of a period corresponding to the rotation speed of the drum are generated by photointerrupter 6. This first pulse is sent to the second pulse generating means to generate the output pulse of a prescribed frequency on a basis of the input signal. This second pulse is sent to the control circuit and scanner driver 12 to control register 9; and when control circuit 8 detects the scanning start signal from beam detector 17, the transfer command is given to register 9 and is sent to laser driver 10, and the laser light is generated while modulating it according to the video signal. Therefore, even if the speed of the recording drum is fluctuated, modulation scanning is adjusted according to this fluctuation to form a good picture. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
