Data display method

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To perform data display which is extremely easy to see and excellent in efficiency by sectioning continuous input-output data into blocks with prearranged data in the data and by shifting display data, block by block. CONSTITUTION: Data received by serial transmitting circuit 1 via serial transmission line SL are stored in received data buffer 10 successively. Display device 4, if capable of displaying only 32 characters, makes data to be displayed at the head of display device 4 correspond to the data following preset specific code data on detecting the position of the specific code data (command, blank and period) from the head of received data buffer 10. On the display of display device 4, data from the head to the specific code data are shifted as one block displayed. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
