Carrier for pesticide

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To provide the titled carrier having high rate of adsorption of the pesticide, high retainability, free from exudation of adsorbed pesticide in the following mixing and pulverization processes, and having excellent workability, by using powder hydrated silicic acid having a specific amount of pores having specific diameter. CONSTITUTION: A pesticide carrier composed of powdery hydrated silicic acid having the following pore size distribution. The volume of the pores having a radius of 75W150Å is ≥0.6cc/g, pref. ≥0.7cc/g, and the volume of the pores having a radius of 75W100Å is ≥45% of that of the pores having a radius of 75W 150Å.
